You gained 3 new friends: 2 humans and 1 robot
And this is just for a start. You are about to gain new skills, too: ones that help you save time & accomplish more with technology. Take our word for it — you won't regret opting in for Techsistence!
Hey 👋
Adam & Greg here. First of all — thank you for letting us occupy some of your mind space. We really appreciate getting a row in your inbox. We aim to overdeliver and respect every letter of your time.
But first, let’s decide, whether this cozy space in your inbox is destined to offer you V•A•L•U•E as this is what we struggle to deliver.
Please, take a moment to reflect on what you can expect from us and why we brought Techsistence to life. And yes, some of this is just our story, but it’s here to set the foundations of our relationship. One, we hope, will benefit us all.
There are three building blocks to Techsistence:
First of all — get your time back
We are obsessed with productivity and focus. This is why we implement frameworks and tools that let us work effectively and find flow sessions for coding, business development, explorations and other skills we constantly develop. We cherish curiosity and are life-long learners.
An example of this would be some automation scenarios that we make available for you and explain in details. This might be our approach to manage personal social media or company finances that helps us save hundreds of hours in the process.
Second — accomplish more
We’re goal oriented. Everything we learn comes from optimising our projects — technology, revenue, clients, processes. We use automation heavily to accomplish this. And we primarily focus on what really drives our online projects.
This is from practical tips on our projects and real numbers that drive them. We’ll share our growth rates, UX considerations and business decisions that helped us in our bootstrapping journey for SaaS and education products we build.
Third — learn technology
Not only we stay at the edge of technology to make it all possible but also we create our own versions of it that matches our vision. If needed, we go as deep as writing low-level code. If sufficient, we use readymade APIs and low-code. We do it all for a purpose.
For example, we will create extended articles, e-books, videos, programmes for you to learn what we know on emerging technologies like low-code, automation, AI and much more. You can expect our approach, which is different from everything you experienced so far.
We build Techsistence on this principles.
We are curious and always learning, but not for the sake of learning itself. We want to put in practice everything we learn and test. And we aim to share ALL our learnings with you so that you can take shortcuts.
Here’s a list of what you can specifically expect from the subscription:
Bi-weekly-sh long-form newsletter covering one topic in detail
Tutorials and practical implementations of AI & Automations
Updates on our projects, numbers, wins and losses
Educational bundles & programmes for AI, Automation, Dev, UX and more
Experiments with other forms such as video tutorials & podcast
Community (later on)
For our founding members we devote special treats:
Our eternal gratitude and appreciation
Once-in-a-while Zoom calls & hackatons (fun!)
Most of all, we don’t want to be strangers. We’ve been broadcasting to a larger audience for the past 15 years (over 300.000 people on Greg’s education platform, Adam’s YouTube and other channels combined).
We got the feeling we were well known, but not known well. And we want to change that. We believe creating a community of like-minded people: makers, creators, developers, enterpreneurs, founders and just nerds like us will create value and… fun!
Kay, but who are we?
We’re tech geeks in our 30s. This is what we’ve been chewing through our childhood:
Learning and teaching is deeply rooted in our work ethics and mindset. We’ve been playing with technology for as long as we can remember. From this passion grew our first products for audience in Poland 🇵🇱 (now one of the biggest edu platforms there with hundreds of thousands of students), followed by dozen micro-sass and bootstrapped startups.
Some of the projects we co-founded, bootstrapped and run include eduweb 🇵🇱 ahoy 🇵🇱 learnux 🌍 SystemFlow 🌍 Zencal 🌍 Automation House 🌍 easycart 🇵🇱 design maestro 🌍 easy.tools 🌍 Alice 🌍 and this list grows longer and longer…
Some people might say we’re successful tech enterpreneurs, but we don’t think that way. We’re just curious. And hardworking. And we invest everything we earn in new ideas and dope projects. We can say this gives us freedom and happiness.
Our greatest goal is teaching everything that we know and learn. We won’t be remembered for creating another SaaS that earns millions (still nice), rather we’d love to help people craft cool projects, make better use of their time and technology and feel accomplished through our community.
For the last 15 years (or so) we have created hundreds of publications, video courses, e-books and other content, self-published and for platforms like Awwwards, Smashing Magazine and others. We spoke on biggest tech conferences and best Universities.
That’s why you will find all sorts of content here. From deep technical dives (Adam is the best developer I know), through business dev (I am UX-obsessed and customer focused), learnings from bootstrapping easy_ to 100 mln and building Alice (the AI assistant), some life lessons, and more.
Well, you know pretty much about us now! It would be great to know something about you. Please, let us know who are you in the comment, and answer this question:
Oh, now that we mentioned Alice…
Alice is the AI assistant we’ve been working on for the past year. We’re building Alice so that she can help us with everyday tasks and run our automations. It’s been quite of a journey to explore and dive deep in AI, LLMs and automations. Now, referring to us usually includes Alice as well, as she became an amazing work buddy.
Not only we want to tell you what we’ve learned in the process, but also bring Alice to our new community, so that she can help you in the same way she helps us. We will invite you to skip the waitlist and try Alice when you subscribe to our premium edition.
Let the journey begin!
— Greg
